'Love' looks fabulous Bliss.

No problem at all waiting another week - or more if necessary. I often wish I only had one large project going as more actually makes me nervous. Hope I've learned my lesson when these two are done.

Thanks for the comment on my blog re: the homebuying experience. It is a BUYER's market right now. I used to work for a real estate title company, purchase price and mortgage amounts are public information. So, yes I am using info that is at my disposal to negotiate the best deal I can for the house. The current owner has only owned the home for less than 4 years and lived in it for 3. It has been empty for almost a year.
